CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
All clients are sent an SMS prior to their appointment. We ask that you promptly confirm or cancel your appointment by using the link to pay a 40% deposit which will then be taken off the total price at the end of your service. Alternatively you’re welcome to phone to confirm if feel uncomfortable adding card details.
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We would appreciate cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. This way we can have enough time to call other clients that wish to get in earlier. Alternately please call at least 2 – 3 hours prior on day of if you are Ill or emergency so we can rearrange our daily bookings as some appointments are from 1-3 hours long.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard.
COLOUR QUOTES ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE
Quotes for all color services over the phone are an estimate price only. An official quote can be given during a consultation in the salon once we meet you face to face. Please request a quote from your stylist at the beginning of your appointment if you have any concerns
